Unser Meditationskurs erstreckt sich über 15 Wochen mit wöchentlichen Sitzungen von jeweils 60 Minuten. Jede Sitzung bietet Live-Unterricht, in dem du die Möglichkeit hast, Fragen zu stellen und tiefer in die Praxis einzutauchen. Zwischen den Terminen stehen wir dir auch telefonisch für Fragen zur Verfügung, um deine Meditationserfahrung zu unterstützen.
